How It Works
Certificate of Analysis Submitted
The certificate of analysis is submitted as issued by the testing laboratory or the manufacturer, with its batch number and laboratory reference.
Data Checked Against the Source Report
Each reported value is checked line by line against the source report: compound, batch, test date, reference number and every analytical result.
Certivos Certificate Issued
A standardized certificate is issued with a permanent ID and a QR code that resolves to its public verification page on certivos.com.
Scope
What Each Certificate Records
A Certivos certificate records the analytical results of a single batch exactly as the testing laboratory reported them. Figures are not rounded, restated or combined with results from other batches.
Each certificate states its classification: independent third-party analysis or manufacturer quality control. Where the laboratory provides its own verification service, the certificate carries the laboratory reference and verification key so the result can be confirmed at the source.
- Compound Identity
- Confirmation that the sample contains the stated compound, as determined by the testing laboratory.
- Purity
- The purity figure reported by the laboratory, typically by HPLC, stated to the precision given in the report.
- Content
- The measured quantity of compound per vial, reported for each component of a blend.
- Sterility and Endotoxin
- Sterility and endotoxin results, where the laboratory tested for them.
Standards
One record. One format. Publicly auditable.
Every certificate carries the same VERIFIED mark, confirming that the published data matches the source COA documentation. The classification field on each certificate identifies exactly where the underlying analysis came from.
Source-Matched Data
Published values are checked against the originating COA. Each certificate states whether the source is third-party laboratory analysis or manufacturer quality control.
QR-Auditable
Every certificate carries a QR code that resolves to its live record on certivos.com, so a printed or shared copy can always be checked against the registry.
Standardized Reporting
Results from different laboratories and manufacturers are presented in one consistent format: the same fields, the same order, the same terminology.
