Each certificate states whether its data comes from third-party laboratory analysis or manufacturer quality control — no ambiguity for your customers.
Downloadable PDF certificates
Every certificate is available as a branded PDF matching the online record, ready to attach to orders or documentation.
Submitting COAs
How to submit
Email your documentation to contact@certivos.com. For each batch, include:
- The original COA document (PDF or image) as issued by the laboratory or manufacturer.
- Compound name, stated dosage or quantity, and batch / lot number exactly as labelled.
- Manufacturer name and the laboratory reference number, where one exists.
- A link to the laboratory’s own verification page, if the lab provides one.
Certivos checks every value against the source document before a certificate is published. Submissions with missing or illegible source data are returned for completion.
